佳節一個接一個,慶祝亦一浪接一浪。上星期我同友人就去尖沙咀柯士甸路嘅"梨泰園",首先我地點左鴛鴦炸雞,佢地嘅炸雞表面炸漿比美式炸雞薄,碟上乾爽不見油,炸完後嘅雞肉皮脆鬆化,肉汁保留且有原味同酸甜味兩種選擇,各式其色,讚。之後我地再order左個海鮮薄餅,餡料豐富有蜆肉,魷魚,鮮蝦同大蔥再混合雞蛋同麵粉開出嘅粉漿,鬆脆口感,好好味整體無論餐廳裝横,食物質素都好不錯,但服務員大多數都係韓國人,比較難溝通,有待改善
