To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

佳節一個接一個，慶祝亦一浪接一浪。上星期我同友人就去尖沙咀柯士甸路嘅"梨泰園"，首先我地點左鴛鴦炸雞，佢地嘅炸雞表面炸漿比美式炸雞薄，碟上乾爽不見油，炸完後嘅雞肉皮脆鬆化，肉汁保留且有原味同酸甜味兩種選擇，各式其色，讚。之後我地再order左個海鮮薄餅，餡料豐富有蜆肉，魷魚，鮮蝦同大蔥再混合雞蛋同麵粉開出嘅粉漿，鬆脆口感，好好味整體無論餐廳裝横，食物質素都好不錯，但服務員大多數都係韓國人，比較難溝通，有待改善
