想試呢間扒房好多年,由佢喺食通天做到霎東街,咁多年都未幫襯過,終於有機會一試呢間好多人賺好嘅扒房。入到餐廳,見到牆身掛咗好多最佳食府嘅獎狀,但係最新嗰張只係去到2003,之後呢?叫咗兩個一樣嘅dinner set,加兩杯house wine1. House red wine - 都算易入口的,不過本人不太懂欣賞。2. 法國包 - 外皮好脆,入面好軟熟,好味。可以refill3. Pan-fried Goose Liver with Prune & Port Wine Sauce 香煎鵝肝配西梅砵酒汁 - 鵝肝煎得幾好,但係本身質地唔夠滑,質素有限,西梅砵酒汁既香又帶點點酸,有效中和鵝肝嘅肥膩感,非常好。4. Lobster Bisque flavoured with Cognac 特級龍蝦湯 - 味道唔夠濃,唔夠龍蝦肉,冇咬口,而且湯有點稀。5. Grilled Ribeye steak 炭燒肉眼扒 - 終於輪到主角出場,爐好似唔係咁猛火,煮得唔夠燶,唔夠香,而且佢上枱前已經將牛扒切成一片片,雖然可以令到客人易啲食,但係會令牛肉本身易凍,失敗。香草牛油汁就太稀,好難配合牛肉一齊食。6.

叫咗兩個一樣嘅dinner set,加兩杯house wine

1. House red wine - 都算易入口的,不過本人不太懂欣賞。

2. 法國包 - 外皮好脆,入面好軟熟,好味。可以refill

6. Warm Chocolate Cake served with Vanilla Ice Cream 暖心朱古力餅配雪糕 - 心太軟嘅蛋糕入面有chocolate syrup,整得又唔太甜,好易入口,配合埋凍凍嘅雪糕,配合得好好,仲有幾片生果,令到口感冇咁膩。

7. Coffee and tea - 普通貨式,不值一提。

Comments : 雷聲大,雨點少。我覺得牛肉唔算差,但好一般,未試過亦不會覺得可惜,環境又唔特別舒服,收得咁嘅價錢,好多地方都應該可以好過佢。
