To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從朋友推介完呢間日式小店之後,間唔中都會諗返起,橫掂過海,諗唔到食咩嘅時候又心思思去食。我哋已經有必點嘅自家Menu ,吉列豬扒、牛脷同埋燒雞泡魚乾🤭因為食開有質素嘅保證,同埋而家夜晚都食唔到好多嘢,兩個人share已經夠晒飽今次要咗吉列豬扒,配蕎麥麵(上次配飯)配蕎麥麵就感覺健康好多,同埋其實我都冇乜飯㽼嘅😂雖然我朋友仲有少少咳,不過佢都冇戒口又食佢嘅吉列豬扒,雖然今次炸得好似有啲過火,肉質鞋咗少少🤏 🤪喺牛脷真係冇得彈,佢係我食過咁多間之中質地最合我哋心意,外脆內軟!應該係整熟咗之後再燒香佢。另外嘅燒雞泡魚乾又係必點項目,比朋友熏陶到我都鍾意食,送酒一流,可惜我哋都唔飲酒呢。諗好下次要試吓佢嘅天婦羅😅
