489蚊套餐嘅牛係A3,589就係A5,下面有我,兩次食嘅比較圖。兩款嘅肉都好正。如果A3嘅話就比較撞手神,時肥時唔肥,有時一碟靚可以拍得住A5,但有時一碟又會差啲,不過肉味會比起A5多啲🥩

A5嘅質素就好穩定,大理石花紋好平均同好靚,油香味出啲。豬肉同雞肉雖然唔錯,但比起和牛有明顯嘅落差,我覺得都可以skip。

相比sukiyaki同shabushabu,我會推介壽喜燒多啲,先用牛脂將油均勻咁查喺個鑊度,再淋少少壽喜燒汁就可以燒牛,第一次唔識可以叫staff示範。燒完再點蘭王蛋汁食,會更加滑溜,好正。A3嘅牛會有少少嚼頭,但油香都好出。A5就會有入口即溶嘅感覺,口感好柔軟,油香更甚。但好難講邊個好啲,因為壽喜燒本來都著重肉味,燒落有啲糖嘅焦香配搭肉味都係一流。出面去一個set 800蚊好多時都係得4-6塊肉,要靠菜同飯食飽。但我係度食會食到10-12塊,有好大滿足感。

就算係任食,菜嘅擺盤都唔失禮。我自己推薦菇類同紅心蘿蔔,因為鮮甜同爽口。菇類可以分開嗌。而且shabushabu食亦都好正。另外菜會推薦shabushabu係因為唔使慢慢燒,一烚就可以食。

甜品方面有4-5款包括雪糕、蕨餅同蛋糕等等。我自己私心推薦蕨餅,有好濃嘅抹茶味🧉不過任食...所以都建議全部試一次🙈
Other Info. : 出面好多壽喜燒都會有廚師幫手燒,本身壽喜燒嘅技術門檻會比較高,所以好多人未必會嘗試。但我覺得呢度任食嚟講真係值得一試,好抵食🤤
