近期真係試左好多麻辣火鍋,好多都係湯底香但食材一般,份量少要追加之餘價錢仲要唔平,即係唔抵食。今晚試呢間係新開嘅,應該唔似係開喺銅鑼灣尖沙咀嗰啲喺大陸台灣開過嚟嘅過江龍,見OpenRice 評分同相片唔錯,又去開嗰邊就試下啦,而且天寒地凍最啱打邊爐😚7點鐘到達,好彩有訂檯,因為都full晒,地面嗰層唔算多檯,但每張檯都好闊,方便擺放食物、調味同餐具。我哋點鴛鴦湯,麻辣紅湯牛油併醉雞鍋。個鍋上檯比去過幾間算耐,但算可接受嘅程度,而且好快滾起。首先上嘅係醉雞嘅雞 !其實我冇諗過係會成碟雞另上,以為會係喺鍋內,而家要食先落啲雞就唔會係咁滾住好鞋而且大部分都係脾肉,食落雖然冇新東記啲醉雞翼咁濃酒味,但都入味嘅!😋個醉雞湯底一滾起已經聞到好香酒味,仲要後來愈滾愈香。另一半仲要將醉雞碟上的酒倒埋入鍋,酒味更濃,食到尾仲有陣甜味,淥菜一流👍🏻而個麻辣湯底啲牛油係另上,而家啲舖好似都興做唔同做型,呢間就做到成條錦鯉咁。個麻辣湯係小辣,而我食咁多間佢係真正小辣到我覺得我可以食到,平日嗰啲真係太辣。而且加左牛油真係幾香。同埋每檯每人都有罐麻油,真係覺得要解辣時點下真係唔錯,我本身好中意食麻油,覺得呢度嘅

講下配料先,牛同豬肉係冇乜特別嘅講堅,不過呢間店都有好多重慶火鍋主打嘅內臟,特別牛嘅部位,例如黃喉、牛胸爽,只係我同另一半冇叫。

呢間店都主打海鮮、刺身嘅,另一半腸胃敏感,所以一向都少叫海鮮,今次我點了這墨魚滑,又唔係話好特別好好味,中規中矩啦。

講到真係好味嘅係呢個黑毛肚,處理得好好,佢切得咁大塊都係淥到潛左水再撈上嚟都唔靭。仲有鴨血(冇影相
)本身已經有落調味,唔會好似有啲店唔加調味只靠湯底嘅味就有排都唔入味。而且佢好大片又唔會淥幾淥散晒。

最後我哋食埋個薯粉就好滿足喇,薯粉放左落湯一陣就軟身可以食,吸晒湯汁煙煙靭靭非常好味。我哋仲有叫娃娃菜、午餐肉同薯仔。不得不說係呢度杯茶好有驚喜,應該係玄米茶,非常香!凍左飲都好味😆

當晚埋單每人都要四百幾,雖然冇叫海鮮,但每碟差不多68-80蚊,都幾貴,但食物都幾大碟,我哋叫左一轉已經好飽。
