今晚有海外親戚到港,家人毫不吝嗇請客一番;一盡地主之誼。位於銅鑼灣世貿13樓《牛禪》,久仰大名牛禪以牛肉聞名;今晚終於可以一嘗它的鮮味。餐牌上主要以燒肉為主,肉類的種類很多!另外仲有壽司、刺身、小食等任君選擇;還有套餐更經濟實惠。店員呈上安排好的前菜: 有磯煮鮑魚, 牛蒡漬及蒜子。牛蒡漬爽口又入味,蒜子不算太辣甚開胃。有磯煮鮑魚用了昆布汁、味醂、糖、醬油等材料烹煮,味道清新不太濃味。鮑魚厚身但口感煙韌彈牙。一口芝士 $88炸至金黃色的邪惡芝士,外脆內軟滿滿流心芝士漏出超滋味。芝士控一定大愛配上沙律醬,香氣四溢更加匹配!多春白飯魚$88細小的白飯魚經過酥炸金香撲鼻,充足份量的椒鹽;再灑些少檸檬汁,食落富有口感連同燒酒一起是不錯之選。小鼓純米大吟釀生酒 $280生酒一人一小杯,為今晚開了序幕,容易入口酒精濃度不算高。而且日本食物配上生酒是不二之選。芒果蟹籽沙律 $88跟平常的蟹籽沙律差不多,但配上清甜的芒果則帶出了這個沙律的鮮味。而且青瓜非常新鮮及爽口。5點特選刺身魴鮄 $298第一次試魴鮄魚的威力,晶瑩通透夾有檸檬片沒有任何腥味。薄薄的魴鮄,肉質滑嫩而且配上特製的醬汁更加突出鮮味。深海池

牛禪新出品,屋企人識道不如試下吧。和牛刺身海膽丼,真的非同凡響。將新鮮的海膽配上脆脆的紫菜已經相當吸引。近江和牛有兩食:一食原塊近江和牛吃出鮮味不膩而且大愛;另外可以配上紫菜及芥芥會有刺激味蕾的口感。

原隻大蝦已經開邊夾有原粒牛油,有燒烤期間牛油溶化在大蝦內。燒到一半後要企身地燒,大約10分鐘左右上碟。極容易地拆開蝦殼,啖啖肉又彈牙,極度美味。
