To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情前已經開始食呢間咖哩飯店, 最鍾意食嘅就係佢嘅咖哩牛腩飯同埋咖哩豬扒飯, 我通常都係午餐時段中午12點鬆啲或者兩點零鐘鬆啲過去食因為撞正中午時間都多人！我鍾意食嘅係佢買點有椰香汁嘅咖哩, 啲牛腩好爽口同埋好淋身, 我至唔鍾意食啲硬繃繃嘅牛腩, 而佢帶一點能淋身, 易入口易消化, 佢個飯碗係用陶瓷兜盛載以前係用豬油汁撈飯, 好好味而家就冇呢支歌仔唱, 通常我嚟食會嗌杯凍檸茶兼且咖哩牛腩飯當午餐咁就可以醫飽個肚！佢個凍檸茶都算好飲唔戴苦澀, 所以有時諗唔到食咩都會過嚟幫襯佢.
