今日OT到夜一夜,所以揀咗間喺旺角嘅樓上大排檔貪佢開到12點,食飯都唔使咁趕~呢間餐廳用懷舊大排檔嘅風格黎裝修,玩味十足之餘,又有勁多打卡位,一望真係會覺得自己返左八、九十年代既香港咁!✨ 招牌杏汁燉豬肺個湯呈乳白色,一飲落去就有好香濃既南北杏既味道,而且個嘴邊仲會有膠質漿住既感覺。成個湯既份量好多,我地兩個人飲每人都有3、4碗,煲底仲有好多瘦肉、白果、豬肺當餸食。豬肺洗得好乾淨,冇異味,而且仲煲到軟稔稔。✨ 梅菜扣肉煲扣肉肥瘦相間,睇落超吸引!個層肥膏做到即化既口感,豬肉軟滑,連豬皮都唔會韌,食落相當鬆化。梅菜洗得好乾淨完全冇沙,味道係甜既梅菜黎,加上豬腩肉既油脂甘香,唔會死鹹之餘仲好啱餸飯~✨ 金菇沙茶肥牛煲牛肉既份量好多,而且唔會淨係得肥膏。沙茶醬甜中帶少少辣,散發住香甜既蝦乾氣息,金菇同粉絲吸哂沙茶醬既味道,非常惹味,餸飯一流!而呢到菜上面除左青椒、紅椒之外,仲有酸酸甜甜既菠蘿,可以中和返成個煲既油膩咸香。✨ 炒蟶子皇曾經都會擔心樓上既大排檔會唔會唔夠鑊氣,但呢碟餸上檯之後就知自己完全多慮!蟶子皇好肥美厚肉,肉質彈牙鮮甜,加埋豉椒去炒,鑊氣足之餘仲香氣撲鼻,超級惹味!順帶一提,

順帶一提,呢啲既服務態度真係好好。職員見我地舀湯會驚我地辣親,成日主動幫我地,又會主動收骨碟!呢種服務態度係平時既大排檔好少見~
