To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

返工外出午飯，快趣之選

係呢個長假期節日之前。我就同同事返埋呢一日最後嘅工作天。咁我地就四處漂泊，工作時是無定所嘅，咁岩，老細同我地一齊去到德福廣場，正想去九龍灣工業區附近，咁我地就提議，不如食埋個飯先，大家有氣有力啲，先再出發，一齊去做埋個下晝嘅工作啦。咁四圍供，但都未諗到食咩嘢好。同事就話，那我地不如去食美心，好快咁搞掂個下午飯啦咁我地見到個餐牌，乜嘢餐係最快，最無技巧，就呢個西式五寶飯餐啦。包嘢飲都係50蚊有找。老細就二話不說話，呢餐入阿公數。真係多謝晒啦食落個飯真係唔差。忌廉粟米汁配午餐肉豬肉腸漢堡扒雞扒太陽蛋，最別緻就係有兩棵西蘭花上碟呢個真係健康餐。
