To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午到紅磡，正好到久未到坊的加太賀吃個日式午餐！環境有點老舊了，幸好服務還算可以，中午提供幾款套餐，索價幾十元，是便宜的選擇！點了魚生飯，還有加洲反卷，以及花之戀！上菜好快，質素對得起價錢。花之戀有兩客，魚生一大塊一大塊地圍住飯團和蟹子，望上去令人食慾大增！放一塊魚生到碟上，加一點飯，放上蟹子，包好，沾上沙律醬，豉油和wasabi,非常鮮美可口！反卷有不少蟹子，飯仍有點溫熱，同樣沾沙律醬吃，味道不會讓人失望！套餐的魚生飯，外表能令人食指大動！魚生鋪滿飯面，還有蟹子和炒蛋碎，吃到嘴裹，有多重不同的口感，如果魚生可新鮮一點，絕對令人一再回頭！結論：中等表現，過一段時間，會想過來吃頓午餐！
