To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早聞過鹿角巷是打卡店,人龍每天都很多,來到後,大概排了30分鐘,便拿到飲品。我點了人氣首選—黑糖鹿丸鮮奶。杯的設計很新潮,加上店的裝潢十分合適打卡。而味道不是我想像中的,覺得有少少失望。先嘗了一口未攪拌的味道,黑糖味道仍濃郁,攪拌後黑糖混合了奶,黑糖味道反而少了,混合後味道不是我喜歡。但值得一讚,他們的珍珠頗有咬口,我很喜歡。
