To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個人，時間尚早，不如食豪些少，整碗拉麵。隨意地選了個醬油拉麵，加隻蛋，又是一餐。侍者服務不錯，禮貌周周，也會細心的問客人是否需要紙圍巾以防弄污衣服，值得讚賞。按習慣，先呷口湯，湯頭不太對頭，不過麵條是可以，至少是爽口彈牙，也合乎我要吃硬麵的要求，叉燒也算是腍身又豐腴，都已合格了。另加錢要的溏心蛋，溏心的程度幾好，沒有問題。早點吃飯也好，不用同人迫。
