To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同事近日極鍾情此店沙律茶餐,順道也叫個特餐當late lunch。特餐內容包括:蜜汁叉燒湯米、紅腸炒蛋、牛油方包配飲品,豐富極了!叉燒湯米蜜汁味道欠奉,幸而叉燒也不是乾爭爭貨色,可以收貨;湯底一貫豉油味道,不算出色;米粉卻是自己喜歡的新竹米粉模樣,雖然體積幼幼但卻不會煮得糊糊的,這米粉實在好吃!!只可惜碗中那兩條熨青菜就失敗至極,顏色已變黃不新鮮的蔬菜應該棄掉比較好。紅腸炒蛋份量充足,雞蛋炒得頗滑,只是盒底有些水水的蛋汁在內,莫非炒蛋時下了點水??紅腸一向是自己所喜,要是可以先將紅腸炒得香口點更好吃!再加一杯即磨咖啡,好滿足的一個茶餐!!只可惜那些倒胃青菜影響食慾,今次還是欠了一點點。
