To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於嫲嫲要到博愛醫院覆診，所以順道在他們的餐廳先吃過午餐才跟她覆診。湄南魚蛋湯河粉嫲嫲一向都喜歡吃魚蛋，所以她便點了一碗湄南魚蛋湯河粉。這碗魚蛋湯河粉裏的魚蛋比我們想像中還要多一點，還有一件像是鮮竹卷的東西。嫲嫲説魚蛋爽口彈牙之外，還有魚香味，像是鮮竹卷的東西也不錯，只是河粉碎了一點，但整體味道比想像中還要好。公司三文治雖然我的公司三文治說是即叫即製，看上去也像烘得非常香脆，但是吃上去沒有我想像中那麼脆身。餡料方面也令我感到有點失望，餡料不夠多，所有餡料都堆在三文治中間的位置，食完中間的餡料，再吃邊邊的位置是就像吃白麵包一樣。雖然嫲嫲的魚蛋湯河粉是不錯，但我的公司三文治卻令人失望。雖然如此，以醫院餐廳的質素來說，還尚算可以，不過絕對有待改善!

湄南魚蛋湯河粉

嫲嫲一向都喜歡吃魚蛋，所以她便點了一碗湄南魚蛋湯河粉。這碗魚蛋湯河粉裏的魚蛋比我們想像中還要多一點，還有一件像是鮮竹卷的東西。嫲嫲説魚蛋爽口彈牙之外，還有魚香味，像是鮮竹卷的東西也不錯，只是河粉碎了一點，但整體味道比想像中還要好。

公司三文治

雖然我的公司三文治說是即叫即製，看上去也像烘得非常香脆，但是吃上去沒有我想像中那麼脆身。餡料方面也令我感到有點失望，餡料不夠多，所有餡料都堆在三文治中間的位置，食完中間的餡料，再吃邊邊的位置是就像吃白麵包一樣。
