To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家連鎖店在香港有幾號分店，平常也會幫襯吃飯，味道水準在茶餐廳級別，也算是中上的。也算是一間良心企業，有聘用一些需要特別幫助的朋友，幫襯也當是支持社會責任。唯獨這家在九龍酒店的分號，有一兩位對顧客較為待慢的員工，疑似多是自顧自的在玩手機，有問題也是敷衍了事，給人一種得過且過的印象。多次光顧，也只遇過一位挺熱心幫客人的女士。看是交了智商稅，免得過也不來了，反正附近也不是沒有好味、服務可以、性格比高的茶餐廳，不必屈曲。只是為那位用心服務的阿姨不值。
