To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 地王銅鑼灣,位於謝菲道500號有一間標榜用石鍋新鮮蒸製的樓上店舖,本人受到樓梯鮮紅色的大蟹吸引而行上去試吓味。點了客400多元的套餐:有大蝦,蚌貝,青口,生蠔,琵琶龍蝦,當然少不了主角:野生膏仔蟹。先拆了一條加拿大大紅蝦,異常鲜甜,膏香肉爽,不用點醬蝦味濃郁!台灣九孔鮑柔軟香口,鮑味十足,原汁原味,數數鮑壳果然足足有九個大小不一的孔,真係如假鮑换!刀貝蚌,月亮貝均來自紐西蘭,加上大西洋青口均能讓人食出濃郁海水味,並齒甲留香!琵琶龍蝦,肉質不像大蝦,兩個字:「爽」夾「香」。主角野生膏仔蟹,未食已經聞到陣陣蟹香味,令人垂涎欲滴,入口鮮美,儘管蟹肉不算豐滿,但食落很有味道。最後來個粟米猪骨粥,配菜圃葱花,其味無窮!蟹仙館環境算寬敞,地方光亮潔淨,整體而言,是品嘗海上鲜的上佳好去處!
