上邊鋪滿滿嘅蒜蓉, 而生蠔下邊鋪滿滿嘅海鹽,生蠔都新鮮多汁,質地鮮嫩,而且師父掌握燒嘅技術好好

🥢鹹蛋蟹膏玉子燒
香滑嘅玉子燒迅速喺嘴裡融化,而鹹蛋蟹膏增添左獨特風味,微咸微甜,蟹膏的醬汁完美地平衡了整體的口感

🥢蟹蓋丼
首先蟹蓋丼嘅外型已經好吸睛,而丼入邊有蟹肉、蟹膏、櫻花蝦、蟹籽,厚實嘅蟹膏蟹肉充滿了鮮甜,丼飯底下的飯粒與蟹膏完美結合,吸收了蟹嘅風味,質感煙韌,加入了櫻花蝦和蟹籽嘅裝飾,仲增添左顆粒感

🥢薯上白雪
呢個係一款甜品,啱啱燒熱嘅番薯上面再加豆腐雪糕,番薯嘅溫熱同豆腐雪糕嘅冰凍交融喺一齊,甜品獨特之處在於番薯嘅香甜而維持左番薯嘅自然風味,又增加左豆腐雪糕嘅滑順口感,而且食落唔會太甜

居酒屋點少得飲下酒,餐廳做緊優惠生啤$98兩小時任飲,而sake 第二支半價🍻🍶
