To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期放假同左屋企人去左青衣城稻香飲茶，只能夠說一句，大野連鎖品牌，無論係商店定係食肆，九成八都係冇好野。 飲茶都係不外乎果幾樣野架喇，叫左D糯米雞、牛腩蘿白、蘿白糕、豬潤粥同埋個蒸餃子咁。唯一可以話係做得比較正常小小既就只有個雞粥同埋糯米雞，雞粥D雞唔太差但無咩味，隻糯米雞D料都算幾足，不過就有小小唔夠熱。 至於其他野食只可以用垃圾兩個字去形容，首先個牛腩蘿白整得好肥膩之餘又唔入味，只係食得出D肥油味。蘿白糕一D都唔香口，而且太粉，食落口就好似擺左一PAT唔知咩落口咁好奇怪。個餃子就更加唔洗講，個餃子貨源同你係百佳買果D質素差唔多，個皮厚過D韓星個妝都算，個餡又乾又冇味，而且同個皮完全分開，感覺就好似食緊兩樣野咁。講真，呢間野我真係唔想有下一次，不過如果要同屋企人飲茶都係冇法子架喇。
