Restaurant: Chong Fat Chiu Chow Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幫親戚搞好D野都5點多. 約左另一班親友一齊食晚飯. 九龍城想去食果幾間餐館都滿坐, 有排等. 有親友提意去創發, 打電話去咁啱又有枱, 於是一行十人就行過去創發. 我地坐另外一邊, 地方幾逼, 不過稔住有好野食就無咩所謂, 始終都算係名店. 親戚落order叫餸, 我就坐係度等食. 餸就一路上枱, 我食落就唔覺得特別好食(亦唔係難食), 有D餸係偏咸添. 最後上埋個炒通菜, 忽然有隻小小强係碟底度走左出黎, 好唔衛生呀. 拿拿聲食埋D野就走人囉.又係親戚請, 真係唔好意思.PS 進食期間有枱後生係度鬼殺咁嘈(好似係生日飯). 開心還開心, 佢地都要睇吓隔離枱D人既感受架, 地方又細又逼.
