To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁多餐廳執有時真係自己一手做成下午2點入去食，食完最尾一舊壽司司就即刻收走你D野，5分鐘後再問你杯野飲要唔要，想迫你走咁，但又有吉枱同無人排隊，都唔知係未趕住收工。食物方面，炙燒壽司件件都有沙律醬，攪到件件都一樣味，食唔出係咩壽司，只認得出有蛋壽司，同卷物。職員方面，唔知D餐廳職員是否皇親國戚，有兩個女職員態度好差。最後，總括嚟講，你係比隔離間日本野平D，平均6-70蚊有交易，但換來一肚氣，我唔再想食完背脊骨落啦。
