To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日本身心情諗住食餐好d啦,點知食完心情更加惡劣。而點解會嚟呢度食,之前雜誌介紹海膽熱,話有海膽山。原來呢樣野話只係雜誌要求整出嚟,根本係無呢樣野,都算。咁嘅價錢,未試過食一餐甘難食嘅日本料理,魚生暗啞唔新鮮,d刺身蝦變左黃黃地唔知擺左幾耐,上台時加d豉油塗在蝦面遮醜,我心諗我隔離都有碟豉油啦。最普通嘅三文魚刺身壽司同我講無都算,但食野嘅成程簡直見到衛生非常惡劣,佢地用擦刀嘅白色布除擦刀之外,擦針板都okay la ,無乜野。但擦完針板之後求其洗一洗塊布又走去印乾刺身帶子d水,真係眼都突埋。鰻魚飯有骨又無汁,唉,師傅仔切下野玩下電話又唔洗手,咁始終無帶手套加嘛,有個徒弟隻手仲痴住塊膠布tim。同埋如果要教徒弟可以背後教,我做食客唔想見到d咁嘅場景。我十分後悔嚟左呢度食野而都有樣食物最好,就係果一片蜜瓜
