端午節假期,旅行好貴,所以留港消費。路過壽司郎,剛好有位可馬上入座。真係機會難得!!!就座後,點了喜歡都系列,也點了新款。  SET好餐具,沖定茶,慢慢等美食來到。三文魚腩  點迷你飯。以薑片為油潤的三文魚腩塗上適量豉油,然後一口咬呀咬。魚油跟醋飯融合,伴淡淡的鹹味,意猶未盡,再安哥二碟。全賴少飯不易飽,令客人多點几碟。吞拿魚腩   這款不設少飯。吞拿魚腩入口即化,鮮甜帶微酸。多飯=延長在味蕾享用的時間。鰝鰺  座位前方的今期推介,不知是什麼東西。但見到職員捧來一大盤鰝鰺向各枱客人推銷,忍不住又想來一份。亮皮魚,肉質爽脆。甜蛋壽司    甜蛋色水較淡,不是明黃色。至少眼睛感覺不到E102的存在。日式焦糖蕃薯   對比廿多元的三條蕃薯配一件蕨餅,還是覺得12個大洋四條蕃薯更加抵。脆脆糖衣包著金黃蕃薯,澱粉質加糖真係好邪惡。然後來一杯綠茶做完美的句號。埋單盛惠百二個大洋。因為不用等位,不用浪費寶貴的時間,時間成本 = 0所以覺得價格合理。
