To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ▪️ 野菌鮮奶滑炒蛋 配輕量火腿絲濃湯通粉 蒜香牛油多士 💲34 (早餐)大半年前呢間連鎖茶餐廳分店啱開既時候,水準唔錯幾有驚喜嗰排成為左我既飯堂之一,但係如我所料,做耐左就越黎越退步😭之前個野菌鮮奶滑炒蛋係滑身勁多蛋汁,但係依家成日都係整到偏熟已經無咁滑了🍳蒜香牛油多士只係輕輕烘過,邊位食落會帶韌而非脆身🍞冇曬通粉嘅關係,變左輕量火腿絲濃湯米粉,不過湯底係無咁濃郁既忌廉湯了😣仲要食食下隔離檯突然大叫,原來係牆上有隻超巨型小強🤦🏻‍♀️🔎 整體評分(6.5/10)

大半年前呢間連鎖茶餐廳分店啱開既時候,水準唔錯幾有驚喜嗰排成為左我既飯堂之一,但係如我所料,做耐左就越黎越退步😭之前個野菌鮮奶滑炒蛋係滑身勁多蛋汁,但係依家成日都係整到偏熟已經無咁滑了🍳蒜香牛油多士只係輕輕烘過,邊位食落會帶韌而非脆身🍞冇曬通粉嘅關係,變左輕量火腿絲濃湯米粉,不過湯底係無咁濃郁既忌廉湯了😣仲要食食下隔離檯突然大叫,原來係牆上有隻超巨型小強🤦🏻‍♀️
