To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環店屹了多年，在我還未畢業是已經存在了，第一次吃豚王時完全覺得它是拉麵界的王者。可能最近幾年真的有太多過江龍了，不知道究竟是這裡變差了還是這裡的食物質素仍然是停滯不前，總覺得味道一般，並且沒有驚喜。點了翠王，口感十分清新，不會像赤王及黑王那麼重味。但是這麵的份量真的相對地少，吃了數口就感覺也快沒了。兩塊叉燒雖然大塊，不過熱度不夠。不過這裡的溏心蛋的確好味，好有溏心效果，是semi-fluid的狀態。
