To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無去食誠記嘅沙嗲豬扒麵, 突然好想食今日特登去堅尼地城回味一下<沙嗲豬扒炒蛋麵>誠記嘅沙嗲湯底同外面食到嘅沙嗲湯底好唔同, 味道係甜甜地嘅但係過咗好多個月再次食返, 發現佢原本好濃郁嘅沙嗲湯底, 變到好淡正常撈起麵嘅時候, 沙嗲湯汁應該會掛到喺上面, 依家大家可以清晰見到白色嘅麵果然人流上升嘅同時, 唔少餐廳都冇辦法keep到當初嘅水準雖然係咁, 不得不說豬扒同炒蛋依然有中上水平, 如果可以改善一下沙嗲湯底, 就更好啦<凍咖啡>大食妹嗌左凍咖啡少甜少冰, 但甜度依然頗高, 與其話係咖啡, 不如話係糖水
