To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日人小小，一入譚仔已經有位，唔洗多等，叫左一碗腩肉豬膶清湯米線，而我朋友叫了墨丸炸醬中辣米線，另加一點小食土匪雞翼五隻，先講腩肉清湯米線，腩肉相對地少，而且更冇以前食落去肉質肥瘦均勻，數量亦都明顯少，只有四、五塊，而豬潤比較切得七零八碎，但味道尚可接受，無咩腥味， 中辣米線墨丸炸醬保持水準，可能都是現成製造，不需要作任何添加，味道相對正常， 相對小食土匪雞翼，就保持到一貫水平，可以接受， 希望下次嚟的時候，可以食多少少腩肉，哈哈
