To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚係屋企附近食，揀左食元氣壽司，我哋用遙距拎飛，行到去都要再等20分鐘，今次我哋係座order檯嘅，唔洗搭檯，而家係手機掃code點餐，好方便，唔洗等侍應嚟落單，落左order 大約10分鐘食物來了。今次我哋無叫熱食，全壽司，魚生感覺唔太新鮮，飯有點熱，一夾就散，食物好似比以前退步了，現時wasabi轉左用獨立包裝，開出嚟顏色呈暗綠色，同平時嘅鮮綠色嘅wasabi外觀唔同，雖然味差唔多，但賣相色好似放左好耐咁。至於位置我哋座近門口，由於座order檯關係有一邊係直望出面，一路食睇到出面人排隊，好似有點壓力，私隱度低。
