To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物質素較之前退步，食物是凍的，服務水準差到… …實在難以言喻，服務員態度冇水平、冇質素、冇sense，難以置信一年內餐廳的整個水平有這樣一個大倒退，難得！難得！最簡單莫過於拎壺茶去加水都加到唔見左。追問服務員，仲好似欠佢500億咁既樣。 最難能可貴既係，排第二差既服務員居然是經理。收得呢個價錢，食物除左味度退步，溫度唔熱，服務仲衰過大排檔。同一價錢仲有好多其他選擇既餐廳，經過呢次，決定以後唔會再去食！
