To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 場地7成入座，落單後15分鐘，未有任何菜式奉上，向侍應查詢，侍應表示正常等候時間。20分鐘仍然未有任何食物，向眼鏡女部長查詢，其表示正常等候時間和場地大做唔切，未有跟進就行開，眼見其他枱一直都有上食物。直至25分鐘仍沒有食物，要求void單離開，該眼鏡女部長才如夢初醒叫咪通知經理跟進，即時叫眼鏡女部長不用跟進，我們不會再給機會並離去。過往和家人在此用餐亦未試過受到如此對待過，經過此次，不會再光顧。
