To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日收工嚟食下壽司，由於6點多已到，係不用排隊住既依間用既係運輪帶咁，坐bar枱，用tablet 點完，高會有架壽司車送到你枱面，好有效率都叫左5小壽司食，食物質素平均，炸蝦卷係新鮮整既，熱辣辣，唯一有點要改進係用嚟擺壽司既碟有點污衊😅😅😅帆立貝全部無腥味，5.可以話係超級新鮮，不過真心5差玉子，賣相5係幾靚，喺依個角度應該睇到個碟既潔淨度😅😅😅炸玉米，幾特別哦最後，想try try 新嘢，叫左個米味雪糕，入面真係有一粒粒既米，好搞笑，雪糕好重牛奶味，你可以當佢係牛奶雪糕加米粒😅不過可一試既👍🏻
