之前一家人去咗試位於灣仔的留家廚房,試吓佢哋嘅傳統菜。我哋叫咗江南百花雞,呢度菜嘅樣子係🐓白切雞,但實情雞皮下嗰層肉,係用蝦漿🦐而及雞湯製成,絕對係考功夫的手工菜。👍🏻另外叫咗招牌嘅留家叉燒🐖,只於晚市供應,肉嫰香口,值得一吃🤤。還有點了煎鯪🐟魚肉餅,十分香口,附上的硯芥醬汁不是死鹹,明顯自家調製,特別開胃😋!差點忘記咗個前菜,我哋叫咗太史戈渣,本身原為北京街頭小吃,用上湯和🥚雞蛋製作而成,感覺精緻,口感香酥軟糯,十分特別。留家餸菜每碟份量也不少,價格也不是便宜,所以最好一家人一起吃,這樣就可以試多啲唔同款式的食品。
