今日係迎月,估計少d 人食西餐,估中咗~今早係openrice book 到位。我地3條揀咗17:30,呢個時段係無班戟送,要18:00或之後才有。但要位位食過$250,才有呢個優惠,我自問食5到呢個價位。我地17:20到咗,侍應話可先入坐,等17:30才落order。於是我坐低就影下相,初時幾分鐘還光猛猛,突然燈光一滅,變成昏暗的,估計營造高級餐廳 feel。論裝潢,係幾歐陸宮廷feel。論空間,如果全部 set 4位或以上,枱與枱既間距都可接受。但如果set 2人枱多d,咁就幾逼下。論人手,廳面有3位工作人員,算足夠的。論用餐時間,90分鐘都可以,我張枱等上菜用咗30分鐘,跟住用咗45分鐘吃完。我見附近兩枱仲快,遲過我到,快過我走。論食物質素,我覺得沒想像中好。。。。1. 香煎海鱸魚配嫩菠菜 ($178):魚皮煎得香脆、茨汁係酸酸的,好味、伴碟d蔬菜都ok。敗筆在於鱸魚係無味,我覺得用點點調味料事前醃一下會更好。可能廚師想用茨汁去配條魚,但真係入5到味2. 焗德國咸豬手配燒菠蘿 ($198):燒菠蘿係幾 fresh,仲有d 酸菜。豬手皮夠脆,但d 肉似乎 overbaked,d 邊

2. 焗德國咸豬手配燒菠蘿 ($198):燒菠蘿係幾 fresh,仲有d 酸菜。豬手皮夠脆,但d 肉似乎 overbaked,d 邊位係有點燶乾,其他肉既部份也沒其他 comment 所說的 juicy。為了不做大嘥鬼,得我一人吃掉80%,腸胃真的有點吃不消
我暫時只在某一間德國餐廳吃過好味的豬手。

3. 紅燴牛面頰肉意大利飯 ($138):牛面頰肉很腍,意大利飯也為了hk人口味煮得冧一點。茨汁都好香。係3個主菜最好吃的一個


4. 士多啤利紫薯爆谷班戟 ($78):是期間限定,賣相很掂。紫薯蓉夠多,飽肚感十足。只是零甜度,也吃不到紫薯香。士多啤梨帶點點酸,可能不當造吧~
