To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

另一個回本位係即煎鴨肝,呢個好受歡迎,基本上一出好快就比人掃曬,我都排左兩轉先有,不過正所謂good food takes time, 要食好西真係要比d耐性架。鴨肝外皮酥脆,咬落去就好似豆腐一樣咁軟滑,鴨油香即刻充滿曬成個口腔。

仲要推介即製小籠包,師傅即埋搓皮喺你面前包,喺你面前蒸。一縷縷蒸氣夾雜住小籠包嘅香氣撲面而來,食慾馬上就黎了。小籠包皮好薄,包裹住滿滿嘅湯汁同肉汁,配合埋薑醋提味增香,出色之作。

甜品方面,再一次秉承住佢哋選擇夠多嘅作風,榴槤蛋糕同芒果拿破侖值得一試,不過,酒店提供嘅切餅鏟比較難用,搞到舊蛋糕散曬都未上到碟,所以出面嘅蛋糕尤其係拿破侖比較散碎,賣相有少少差,希望酒店可以注意下。而雪糕同雪條就有好多味道,一時間真係好難揀😂

最後講下整體體驗,都係果句,呢度食物種類夠多,而且不乏回本位。餐廳整體環境不過不失,景觀搭救。用餐當晚有live band唱歌,不過坦白講就不敢恭維。至於員工方面,廚師待客有禮,兼顧烹調嘅同時亦會解答客人問題。食物refill速度都好快。不過待應生就唔夠主動,例如雪糕匙冇曬好耐都冇人refill,有時想搵佢哋又冇影。
