To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去土瓜環上堂，上完堂就搵下附近有咩食，見到呢間食韓國菜，菜式睇落都幾吸引，重點係唔收加一，於是就入去試下。一打開餐牌就比佢個芝士排骨吸引到，佢上黎果時係連埋個爐一齊上，芝士多到食唔晒好滿足，不過因為個爐會熄火，所以要快啲食之後就係細份既無骨豬手，有細份岩晒我地兩個人食，呢個仲有比埋啲配菜，覺得個泡菜幾好食加埋豬手好地道，唔錯去到主食就叫左泡菜煎餅同埋紙菜包飯，泡菜煎餅少少辣呢到因為冇附送小菜，所以就加左兩個小菜，一個涼拌芽菜同埋泡菜炒蓮藕，覺得芽菜比較好食，泡菜炒蓮藕中和左個酸味，但因為我比較鐘意食酸少少，所以覺得豬手個泡菜比較好食食左咁多野加埋都唔洗$200一個人，好抵食，岩晒大家想食唔同野既朋友
