紅磡向來都多唔同餐廳😜今次見到有新開既餐廳緊係要去試下新野。「烏蠅館」個名好得意🐞原來係食川菜, 又可以食烤魚或者冒菜, 好似車仔麵咁自己揀配菜🤩冒菜A餐 (任選6款配菜) $50冒菜可以揀既款式好多🥺真係揀到有選擇困難症咁。最後揀左肥牛、鵪鶉蛋、牛筋、腩肉、豬大腸、魚皮餃, 而主食+$5揀左火鍋粉, 湯底揀藤椒湯🤩藤椒唔辣但有辣椒既香味, 仲會有輕微既麻痺感🌶️唔似麻辣既麻咁強, 仲加上生蒜蓉很惹味🧄個湯底望落清清地, 估唔到會有呢種味蕾既沖擊🤗肥牛: 肥瘦適中牛筋: 口感淡嫩唔膩腩肉: 唔柴, 厚薄均勻豬大腸: 口感有嚼勁,但不硬四川傳統酥肉 $36酥肉炸得外酥內嫩, 炸粉唔厚, 肉質又唔會炸到乾柴👍🏼一口咬落有少少麻味, 刺激舌尖既同時又留有餘韻👏🏻
