To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間店平日都多人。地點都方便,所以就走入來試試。乕餐牌都多選擇,看照片亦很吸引。叫了2個餐:生滾牛肉湯通粉配牛乳炒滑蛋及蒜香牛油多士寫了是用牛乳做湯底,牛肉份量OK,湯底夠特別,其他茶餐廳很少有這種配搭。另外份炒蛋及多士都唔HEA。蛋滑,多士有蒜香牛油味,幾好食!整個餐感覺比普通茶餐廳健康一點,多了牛乳湯底,覺得蛋白質很豐富。蒜香蜜汁叉燒煎半焗流心雙蛋飯這個是黯然銷魂飯的加強版吧!首先要大讚他的叉燒,叉燒有濃厚蜜汁,大件多肉,易咬唔韌。而流心太陽蛋有多好食就不在話下,再配上甜豉油就是這個飯的長勝要決。賣相及味道都非常吸引。2個都是午餐,內容跟出面的相似但亦有點特別之處。配上飲品一杯。飽肚滿足!坐位都舒適。不怪得人流都多!價錢亦正常。

叫了2個餐:
生滾牛肉湯通粉
配牛乳炒滑蛋及蒜香牛油多士
寫了是用牛乳做湯底,牛肉份量OK,湯底夠特別,其他茶餐廳很少有這種配搭。
另外份炒蛋及多士都唔HEA。蛋滑,多士有蒜香牛油味,幾好食!
整個餐感覺比普通茶餐廳健康一點,多了牛乳湯底,覺得蛋白質很豐富。

這個是黯然銷魂飯的加強版吧!
首先要大讚他的叉燒,叉燒有濃厚蜜汁,大件多肉,易咬唔韌。而流心太陽蛋有多好食就不在話下,再配上甜豉油就是這個飯的長勝要決。賣相及味道都非常吸引。

2個都是午餐,內容跟出面的相似但亦有點特別之處。配上飲品一杯。飽肚滿足!

坐位都舒適。不怪得人流都多!
價錢亦正常。
