To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺銅鑼灣行完街去咗好方便嘅金百利商場搵食。眾多餐廳裏面我揀咗openrice勁多人like嘅築地日本料理。餐廳食物選擇好多，講得出嘅大路日本食物都有，刺身/丼飯/壽司/燒物/拉麵/鍋物😂😂😂多到都揀左一陣。而且定價合理。今次揀左拉麵同燒物。白雞濃湯拉麵 $88拉麵唔會太林，剛剛好。麵條係曲身嘅，所以非常之掛湯。湯底似係白豬骨湯，唔會太油太咸。講埋個煎雞，我覺得幾好食。即叫即煎，仲係熱辣辣，個皮仲係脆嘅，肉質嫩滑。麵同肉嘅份量都大份，性價比正常。鹽燒牛脷 $28牛脷幾好食。中等厚度，位置都厚，加咗黑椒同埋鹽去調味，非常惹味燒廣島蠔 $55 2粒廣島蠔size都唔細，而且乾淨，唔腥。加埋蒜蓉焗完出嚟都幾好食。
