To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 常感概香港是一個福地,不用出國就能享受到世界各地的地道美食,特別是在疫情下更能感受這種福利,因為未能旅行節省下來的錢轉而投放在滿足口腹之上,在本地發掘了不少異國風味餐廳。 最近社會一直在討論和新加坡的旅遊氣泡事宜,可是多次折戟而回,遲遲未能成行,最新消息要到八月底才再檢視安排。不過雖然我們去不了星洲,他們的美食卻來了找我們,讓我們在港也能感受正宗的星馬風味。餐廳室內環境舒適,仲有戶外位置可以飽覽維港景色,感覺份外愜意眼淚蝦棗大廚將家鄉味道引入餐廳,製法沿用婆婆的方法,全人手製作,人手剁洋葱同乾葱,所以有名眼淚蝦棗,肉質唔會死實,炸得黃金而不油膩,一份有六粒,值得一試麥香酥炸軟殼蟹未上已經聞到香氣,擺盤好吸睛,麥皮增加脆皮感,軟殼蟹炸至香脆,好惹味,如果有碗白飯就完美原個雪燕香芒椰子盅最後緊係要食甜品先叫完美,無想過椰子、芒果、雪糕加入一齊食係咁夾,芒果好甜,椰子肉爽口,雪糕冰凍簡直叫人透心涼,夏天食到呢個甜品真係大滿足
