左等右等終於等到天氣開始凍!又係時候食我最愛嘅羊腩煲啦!以前食羊腩煲成日都係大排檔或者街市嗰啲地方食,今年因為疫情關係,就決定搵間衛生環境好啲嘅餐廳食。呢間專食羊腩煲嘅餐廳位於銅鑼灣嘅覓食集中地登龍街,入門口已經聞到聞到陣陣嘅羊腩香氣,平日6點半黎到已經近乎滿座,想食嘅話建議提早book定位。羊腩火鍋:佢哋嘅羊腩火鍋,有分二人同四人份,羊腩無羶味,且軟腍中不失彈勁,湯底腐乳味濃稠,而配料則該有嘅都有齊(有冬菇、馬蹄、炸支竹、筍片等等),整體味道調配得恰到好處,高質,難怪多人食。食完羊腩煲之後就可以加雞湯打邊爐,B仔同朋友就叫咗梅酒浸鮮甜桂花蚌、梅酒浸爽口珊瑚蚌、帆立貝、虎蝦🦐、廣島蠔 、鱔片🐟、即炸糖醋響鈴、蟹柳、日本雞腎、Prime 美國牛小排 150g 同桂花蜜糖鮮蕃茄🍅。當中尤其推薦酒味香濃又爽口鮮甜嘅桂花蚌、大隻又夠彈牙嘅虎蝦、魚脂豐腴嘅鱔片、酥脆且入口即化嘅響鈴同解膩清香嘅桂花蜜糖鮮蕃茄!而飲品方面,杯裝梅酒同椰青都係我嘅心水之選,前者梅香陣陣,後者清甜又清熱,兩款同羊腩煲都非常之夾
