To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次去咗間越南餐廳,呢到啲料理真係得令到讚嘆聲不斷!首先飲品,桂圓茶甜度啱啱好,啖啖桂圓肉,滋味真心正!🥤菠蘿梳打又爽口,新鮮菠蘿肉好多,飲一啖感覺少少涼風吹過噃。嚟到經典小吃,無骨鳳爪口感靈靈地,一啖咬落去彈牙得嚟又不會太韌;軟殼蟹米紙卷內,蟹肉鮮美多汁,外層米紙滑嘟嘟,啖啖爽口。🦀香茅串燒牛肉,真係香茅味十足,肉質又嫩滑,完美炭燒香氣撲鼻,啲雞串燒就更加無得頂👌,肉汁保存得好好,食落超級滿足。唔得閒,當然要嚟個快手貼肚,試咗豬扒拼雞翼飯,個豬扒好夠香,而嗰啲香茅雞翼,皮脆肉多汁,真係犀利到喇叭聲📯。最後,唔提越式豬扒法包真係對唔住自己,粒粒香茅豬扒加上清新嘅配菜,夾入鬆脆包中,咬落美味就流晒出黎!食完呢個,肚腩都話我:今晚食好啲啦!下回都一定要再嚟,試多啲啲湯粉同小食!🍜🥢
