To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次去咗間越南餐廳,呢到啲料理真係得令到讚嘆聲不斷!首先飲品,桂圓茶甜度啱啱好,啖啖桂圓肉,滋味真心正!🥤菠蘿梳打又爽口,新鮮菠蘿肉好多,飲一啖感覺少少涼風吹過噃。嚟到經典小吃,無骨鳳爪口感靈靈地,一啖咬落去彈牙得嚟又不會太韌;軟殼蟹米紙卷內,蟹肉鮮美多汁,外層米紙滑嘟嘟,啖啖爽口。🦀香茅串燒牛肉,真係香茅味十足,肉質又嫩滑,完美炭燒香氣撲鼻,啲雞串燒就更加無得頂👌,肉汁保存得好好,食落超級滿足。唔得閒,當然要嚟個快手貼肚,試咗豬扒拼雞翼飯,個豬扒好夠香,而嗰啲香茅雞翼,皮脆肉多汁,真係犀利到喇叭聲📯。最後,唔提越式豬扒法包真係對唔住自己,粒粒香茅豬扒加上清新嘅配菜,夾入鬆脆包中,咬落美味就流晒出黎!食完呢個,肚腩都話我:今晚食好啲啦!下回都一定要再嚟,試多啲啲湯粉同小食!🍜🥢 continue reading

呢間係長洲既越南菜裝修幾好,有啲田園既感覺,都唔會話坐得好逼,店員態度又好,唔錯呀!💋豬扒拼雞翼飯一個碟頭飯既樣,但好有越南風味,豬扒有啲香茅味,肉質幾腍,味道幾好,唔會好硬好實,啲肉口感幾好!雞翼就煎得好脆,皮脆肉嫩,都唔細隻,好好食呀,仲有隻煎蛋添,成個飯都好多餸,好豐富呀!👀香茅燒豬頸肉撈檬燒豬頸肉都好多,肥瘦好均勻,燒得好香,啲肉好嫩,檬粉都煮得好好,幾爽口,撈埋啲魚露酸汁,好清新,仲有啲炸蒜添,好味呀!呢度又有落地玻璃,望住室外,係度舒舒服服咁食下野chill下真係幾寫意呀! continue reading

今日試左呢間長州既越大哥🪝本身以為只係好普通既越南嘢,估唔到會咁高質🤓因為唔係特別肚餓,主食就叫左越式豬扒法包🥖但係,佢真係好大份,大過一般越式法包接近一倍😱而且非常足料,豬肉非常多而且醃得好好💦我地仲試左越南春卷、軟殼蟹米紙卷同無骨鳳爪😋春捲都係用料十足,皮薄餡多,金黃酥脆🔥米紙卷包得好紮實,值得讚係軟殼蟹超脆同埋多肉🦀鳳爪酸酸甜甜都好惹味🐣嘢飲我地一人叫左一杯🍺我既新鮮菠蘿梳打好fresh,好多菠蘿肉啱嗮夏天熱辣辣消暑🍍男朋友既越南滴漏咖啡,聽佢講非常正宗,而且咖啡豆quality好好,唔會特別苦,酸酸地好甘甜☕️ continue reading
