我一踏進這家餐廳,便被它超高的樓底和270度的維港景色吸引著,慢慢走入內廳還聽到悠揚悦耳的現場鋼琴演奏,妙極了!以往我也到過不少海景餐廳,這店給我的感覺卻比過去的更為舒適。朋友說我們今晚來是嚐嚐它的黑松露新菜式和一些招牌特色菜,我急不及待的看看這店的食物和服務能否襯托得起這店迷人的景色。我們點了一瓶年份較新的澳洲紅酒,它的香氣、味道和口感頗扎實,佐膳不錯;新鮮焗起的麵包配上橄欖醬,很香口。頭盤點了帶子薄切配黑松露、韃靼牛仔柳配黑松露;帶子味道鮮甜,用上黑松露去提味,但略嫌巴馬臣芝士片徧多和鹹,或許用較淡口的芝士碎,效果會更佳;牛仔柳很鮮嫩,肉味不會過濃,配上雞蛋絲和黑松露,匹配。湯是迷你南瓜湯配黑松露,原個南瓜上枱,口感香滑,湯內加了少許煎香了的煙肉粒,非常香口,色香味俱全,有驚喜!主菜有意大利飯配黑松露、香烤多寶魚配黑松露、牛仔柳配黑松露、法國春雞、西班牙黑毛豬柳;雖然所有主菜都有一定水準,但我最喜歡的還是意大利飯配黑松露和法國春雞,原因是簡單有嚼口的意大利飯最能突顯黑松露的獨有香氣,而春雞亦是讓大廚一展身手的好食材,怎樣才可以令雞肉鮮嫩多汁,幸好大廚沒有令我們失望。甜品有檸檬蛋白配
