To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同娘親撐枱腳，開開心心食飯，1845落單一個小菜，一個沙薑雞，1930還未有東西吃，請店員催促不果，叫我等吓，問等幾耐又話不知道，最正嘅係，我禮貌地問如果未煮嘅話就請cancel單，樓面告訴我，他們不懂如何cancel。咁我問要搵邊個先至識得cancel，樓面話要店長或者經理，咁我話請店長或者經理嚟幫我cancel，佢哋話店長不在，經理唔知去咗邊。我覺得我同阿媽去咗結界，阿媽話附近選擇少，自己又行唔到遠，我陪老人家餓住等，唔該晒！結果等到1950才有東西吃。就係蝦啲老人家選擇唔多焗住要幫襯，才有如此優良的服務態度，將心比心，你哋D員工都會有成為老人家嘅一日㗎！
