吃正宗的泰國菜不一定要去九龍城,位於中環蘭桂坊旁的「Cafe Siam」既有優雅的環境,亦能做出質素不錯的泰菜。雖然這裡的侍應均為外國人,需用英文溝通,但餐牌有中英翻譯,點菜也沒有難度。燒豬頸肉伴酸子醬 ($128): 豬頸肉是必食推介,燒至外層香脆,但肉質是極其幼嫩而有豐富肉汁,甚至比正宗的泰國餐廳更為出色,酸子醬惹味,與豬頸肉十分搭配。泰式燒鱸魚 ($228): 鱸魚不打鱗放粗鹽燒,魚肚亦放了不少泰式香料一同燒製。相比烏頭,鱸魚的肉質更為滑嫩,而且味道鮮甜。泰式炒金邊粉包蛋 ($110): 此蛋包金邊粉是十分地道的泰國菜式,味道微甜帶酸,很有泰國風味,內有蝦肉、乾豆腐及花生碎等等。椰汁西米糕 ($65): 上層是香幼甜美的椰汁,而下層是西米糕,椰味濃郁,蠻好吃。
