To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 通关后开始香港米其林之旅,第一站选择了中环营致会馆,来前做了一些资料搜集,营致是传统粤菜为主,招牌菜有脆香贵妃鸡、香葱爆乳龙、珊瑚芙蓉虾球皇、XO酱煎肠粉等等这些必食菜品。装潢简约雅致,有点像西餐厅。脆香贵妃鸡外皮薄和脆,肉质嫩滑,带咸香,是传统实力菜。香葱爆乳龙点菜的服务员说是由三种不同的葱一起爆炒,上菜时葱香扑鼻,火候控制不错肉质保持鲜嫩有肉汁。珊瑚芙蓉虾球皇服务员说用越南大虎虾去売,再加上生拆蟹肉和蟹黄,蒸蛋白底制作而成,这道菜卖相很好,看得出师父的刀功,虾球像玫瑰花,虾身爽甜,配上蟹肉蟹黄蛋白,口感一绝。服务员的服务都算有礼貌,上菜时都有耐心介绍菜品。
