To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

通心的米線,額外添上心思

一大清早來到馬鞍山工作後,便周圍找找茶餐廳食個早餐醫醫肚.經見幾間茶餐廳也是全餐滿座. 剛好經過三和有兩位食客離座,就是這樣本人才有機會可以找間茶餐廳坐坐.還有10多分鐘便轉午餐了,我拿拿聲order了沙嗲牛肉米線配雞蛋餐肉牛油包.講真.雞蛋餐肉牛油包這些配料太普通了,所以我也不用多說.但這一個沙嗲牛肉米線真的要讚讚.要讚的便是這一個米線,米線粗粗及內裏通心的,很有誠意呀.講真,普通一個早餐,其實真的沒有那麼特別. 但如果在一個普通早餐能發掘他的優點,已証明這餐廳是特別有心思.今天,我就特別覺得這一個通心米線夠特別,夠心思了.
