這晚又來這街坊名店 ...娘娘一向有選擇困難症,我還是先來瓶啤酒,吃花生,看電視。快踏入盛夏,現在通菜當造,來個“椒絲腐乳通菜”,腐乳夠鮮,火侯十足,菜梗和菜葉都還脆綠,上桌時熱噴噴,是大排檔才有的風味。“酥炸生蠔”,是蜂巢式脆漿,酥脆,蠔肉剛熟,還很嫩滑,師傅功夫一流。“水煮牛肉”,牛肉沒乸過的味道,紋理很清晰,肉質鮮嫩,荳芽和其它菜蔬沒有煮得過火,還很爽脆,東西都吃光了,我們還把湯汁打包回家「循環再用」呢!
