探尋地道小炒,原來可以咁色彩斑斕!喺呢一間餐廳,我就嚐到咗呢種「街味」。先講講招牌炸豆腐,外皮香脆得嚟唔油膩,一啖咬落去簡直係脆滑嘅完美交響曲😋。佢哋嘅避風塘炒蟹嘅勁道真係夠晒鑊氣🔥,撲鼻香辣,蟹肉又肥美得黎易拆,食一啖已經深深被征服!嘗試咗啲梅子骨,又酸又甜,個味就正喇!同時清香嘅梅子粉撲喺上面,每一啖都令人心花怒放。而啫啫嘅豬潤同雞肉,滑溜溜嘅口感,真係食一啖就忍唔住想食多一啖。食罷,簡直係心滿意足,而且四周環境清靜,好啱同三五朋友嚟鬆一鬆。總之,呢家餐廳嘅味道純正夠晒正宗😌,等待下次再尋味嘅機會啦!

最近想試多d唔同gei中菜, 諗緊可能呢類大排檔應該煮野食會好夠鑊氣, 而且次次都見好多人, 所以就試下。椒鹽九肚魚 - 呢間d椒鹽味好足夠, 雖然未去到非常出色, 但都唔錯豆腐火腩煲 - 豆腐有酸酸gei感覺, 質素比普通餐廳失色沙拉骨 - 呢個做法比較特別, 同出面gei沙拉骨唔同, 係有少少驚喜, 酸酸味味, 少開胃, 不過d豬肉有d韌整體而言, 相比1般大排檔質素差, 食物唔算好有鑊氣, 試1次就夠。

跟好友打完網球,經過荃灣,來到這一間比較多人嘅大排檔。香港幾乎所有露天嘅大排檔已經執笠了。幸運地碰上了這一間,我們點了豉椒鮮魷,小炒王,椒鹽豆腐,京都骨,辣椒炒通菜及豉油王炒麵。所有小炒鑊氣充足,推介豉椒鮮魷及小炒王。椒鹽鮮魷及椒鹽豆腐,都是熱辣辣脆卜卜,鮮魷新鮮。至於小炒王,材料也很豐富,有蝦乾,魷魚,花生及腰果粒,配上蒜心,香口好吃。大家一行幾人,飲醉啤酒食好味嘅小炒,過咗愉快嘅一晚。叫咗六碟餸,飲埋啤酒,每人夾埋都係$150。下次一定會再食。

這晚又來這街坊名店 ...娘娘一向有選擇困難症,我還是先來瓶啤酒,吃花生,看電視。快踏入盛夏,現在通菜當造,來個“椒絲腐乳通菜”,腐乳夠鮮,火侯十足,菜梗和菜葉都還脆綠,上桌時熱噴噴,是大排檔才有的風味。“酥炸生蠔”,是蜂巢式脆漿,酥脆,蠔肉剛熟,還很嫩滑,師傅功夫一流。“水煮牛肉”,牛肉沒乸過的味道,紋理很清晰,肉質鮮嫩,荳芽和其它菜蔬沒有煮得過火,還很爽脆,東西都吃光了,我們還把湯汁打包回家「循環再用」呢!

位於香車街街市大排檔嘅和記廚房,一直俾我嘅感覺,都係一個字,快!CP 值雖然唔係好高,但係都算親民。所以耐唔耐都會去食晚飯。粉絲蒸開邊蝦。蝦唔係好大隻,不過就夠晒味,仲粉絲同豉油,用黎撈飯超級好食。德國咸豬手,上菜仲好熱辣辣,仲已經骨肉分離,好方便,非常親切。肉味夠,唔會太咸。不過皮就炸得唔夠脆,好黐牙。時菜鮮魷,普普通通,賣相唔夠靚,不過魷魚就幾好食,夠彈牙。係啲茶咸左啲。送嘅海蜇冷盤,雖然話係冷盤,但係凍啲會再好食啲。不過送嘅,就無謂嫌太多🤣🤣。

成日經過但無入過去食,食後感係會再去!宵夜時段餐廳選擇吾多,又要好味抵食真係無咩得揀,如果幾個人食,呢間係吾錯,雖然環境係殘舊左d,可能坐得無咁舒適,但每碟都係最平百元內有找,份量大大碟,亦夠惹味,黃金鮮尤非常正,下次會想試黃金蝦球。
