秋風起,食腊味!又係去廟街食煲仔飯嘅好時候喇!其實而家煲仔飯係一年四季都有得食,但一諗起冇冷氣嘅廟街…… 都係秋涼至嚟啦!講起廟街煲仔飯就自然諗起四季,四煲仔飯由當初 $18/$22 到而家$4X。價格仿如自己年齡一樣不斷上升,但係質素就每況愈下 回想以前,四季嘅煲仔飯款式多價錢平,經典有鳳爪排骨、窩蛋牛肉、臘腸滑雞、貴價嘅有田雞煲仔飯。煲仔飯飯粒分明,飯焦香脆,餸料肉多鮮嫰,加埋秘整豉油,真係一絕!但近呢幾年就情已逝~價錢貴,餸料少,排骨飯嘅排骨只有肥膏同骨,滑雞只有雞皮,臘腸又硬又成口油 連飯焦都只有燶焦(唉~)唯一不變嘅係蠔餅水準始終如一,蠔仔飽滿,粉漿非常香脆 真係一味救全家!香港鋪租貴難經營,我明!但年年加價,竟然將價就貨仲要係劣貨就……

回想以前,四季嘅煲仔飯款式多價錢平,經典有鳳爪排骨、窩蛋牛肉、臘腸滑雞、貴價嘅有田雞煲仔飯。煲仔飯飯粒分明,飯焦香脆,餸料肉多鮮嫰,加埋秘整豉油,真係一絕!
