To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇去過華星冰室,特然好掛住佢地嘅湯通粉,便揾間最就腳嘅開餐。一入到餐廳伙計便會安排你座位,剛剛有個二人卡位空出來,伙計便示意我坐過去,真好!可以坐得舒服點。為了個湯通粉而來,又想食叉燒,叫常餐最適合,因為原本餐牌上的叉燒意粉係可以轉湯通粉嘅,另外唔鍾意食煎荷包蛋亦可以轉炒蛋/太陽蛋,十分有彈性。落完單唔使幾分鐘,食物已經陸陸續續送到煎荷包蛋+牛油多士牛油多士烘得有少少燶,厚身,食落面脆中間鬆軟。 荷包蛋煎得好靚,茶餐廳最常見嘅款式,入面蛋黃仲係生嘅,切開會有蛋黃流出。叉燒唔算好特出, 勝在有餸可咀嚼下。最喜歡傳統茶餐廳果款冇坑紋嘅通粉,有咬口,連同濃味湯底一齊吃,簡宜絶配。係茶餐廳其實係應該飲奶茶,不過算啦,已經口快快叫左,冇謂叫人改單,而且茶餐廳嘅咖啡其實都有佢嘅風味,味濃遍酸,口感順滑。想快快了結一餐 ,我多數會選擇茶餐廳 ,因為快靚正係香港茶餐廳獨有!
